What does HairMovies stand for?

HairMovies is a site that promotes the beauty of girls/women wearing long hair. As the name HairMovies already implies, this beauty is shown through video material. The mission of HairMovies is thereby as follows:

The Policy of HairMovies

In achieving these goals, HairMovies has the following policy, to which the customer also agrees upon making a purchase.

1. HairMovies has a STRICT NON-NUDITY policy.
2. Models are at least 18 years of age.
3. Sales on the HairMovies site take place in the Euro currency (symbol: EUR)
4. Payment can takes place through Paypal or credit card.
5. HairMovies does NOT produce custom videos.
6. Downloadable video material is only available as licensed Windows Media (WMV).
7. HairMovies uses Digital Rights Management (DRM) for protecting its downloadable media. It is the responsibility of the customer that his/her computer has all necessary software installed. It is also the responsiblity of the customer that this software functions properly.
8. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of backups of sold licenses. HairMovies will NOT reimburse, nor will it relicense videos after the customer has lost his previously acquired video license(s).
9. HairMovies does not have a fixed update schedule.
10. HairMovies will do its best to react as soon as possible to questions sent by email. During periods of holidays or vacation, it should however be understood that HairMovies can not react immediately. HairMovies will use an out-of-office response during periods of longer absence.

How to get the Videos?

Upon visiting a models page, a video can be either purchased in downloadable format or on DVD. The following figure shows the buttons for each of the two options:

Purchasing DVD's

After clicking the DVD button, a next screen pops up. Downloads can only be purchased by using Paypal.

When the 'Continue Shopping'-button is used, other DVD's can be added to the shopping cart. It should be noted that HairMovies charges a shipping and handling cost for smaller orders. When more DVD's are purchased, this shipping and handling cost will NOT be charged to you. It therefore in your benefit to order multiple DVD's.

The DVD's will be sent in a white enveloppe. Only your name and address are stated on the outside of the enveloppe. It can therefore NOT be seen from the outside that the package comes from HairMovies NOR can it be seen that the package contains videos with hair-related material. The privacy of the customer is therefore guarded in this way.

Purchasing a Video Download (Licensing)

It is advised that the video is first downloaded before it is purchased. By right-clicking on the 'Download'-button, the video can be stored on the harddrive.

Downloading a video from HairMovies will NOT yet enable you to view it. When you start the video after the download, you first need to PURCHASE it before you can view it!

When the video is started with the Microsoft Mediaplayer, it is first required that a license is purchased. Upon starting the file for the first time with the Mediaplayer, the following window shows up:

To purchase the video, please click on 'Choose this'. The following screen will show up, giving you the different payment options (credit card or Paypal):

If the payment option of Paypal is chosen, the regular Paypal payment procedure is started. After the Paypal payment is completed, IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE VIDEO IS GIVEN. If the payment option of credit card (VISA or MasterCard) is chosen, the following screen will show up:

Please complete all details for the credit card payment. After the credit card payment, IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE VIDEO IS GIVEN.

Lost your License?

It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of backups of sold licenses. HairMovies will NOT reimburse, nor will it relicense videos after the customer has lost his previously acquired video license(s).

It is therefore very important that you BACKUP YOUR LICENSES before you format your harddrive, delete the licensed videofiles, burn licensed videofiles on a CD or reinstall your operating system.

A backup of a license will give you the ability to relicense the video. The backup however also gives you the ability to migrate the video to another computer system. In case you loose your license, there is a LIMITED POSSIBILITY TO RELICENSE your video through either the purchase ID that your received in a separate email after the purchase was completed. The following figure shows how to relicense the video:

It should be noted again that this relicensing ability through either the purchase ID or credit card number is limited to only a very few amount of times.
